The race is stopped in Val d'Isere due to heavy hailstorms and impassable road with the times taken at the summit of Col d'Iseran during Stage 19 of the 2019 Tour de France originally running 126.5km from Saint-Jean-de-Maurienne to Tignes but cut short to 88.5 km, France. 26th July 2019.<br />
